Background I began plastering at the age of 16, and served a three and a half year apprenticeship on the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset. I had fantastic opportunities due to the area I worked in to gain a great variation of plastering, during which time i worked in 14th century farm houses, mansions and brand new developments. The plasterer who taught me held very high standards and expected me to withold what he taught me, which I continue to do to this day. I take pride in knowing that whether the job is a 5 bedroom new build or just a small ceiling, the same care and consideration is undertaken to ensure 100% customer satisfaction each and every time. I moved to essex in 1987 and set up my business, doing both domestic and construction site work. I concentrated on site work for 15 years providing services to several large plastering companys, which broadened my experience and my level of skill even further. In 2002 I moved towards providing mostly domestic services, doing new build extensions, houses and refurbishment work. In 2009 I undertook a course and qualified in Venetian (Marble) Plastering. This is an excellent concept in the services I offer and details and photos can be found in the specialist section on this website. I continue to undertake all aspects of plastering, and venetian plastering is a specialist area, and is an additional service that I can offer to my customers.
